The XENOGEL developed by us especially to the needs of the skin is very well suitable for the permanent hair removal* because the positive aspects of the SHR technology can be combined with crystal gel.
The melanin, which is found in hair, is the basis for the fact that the light can be directed into the hair root. There, the emitted light pulse is converted into heat. The consequence of this is that the stem cells are denatured, which in turn are responsible for the supply of nutrients. As a result, hair can no longer regrow which makes hair the removal permanent*.
The crystal gel enhances the effect and cools the skin at the same time, so that the treatment is particularly pleasant.
The XENOgel method is able to permanently* get rid of unwanted body hair. The biggest benefit of this is that the treatment is painless and can be done anywhere on the body. Even sensitive areas, such as the genital area, can be treated without any problems by us.
Bright and red hair is problematic for many techniques of hair removal with light. This is just different with the XENOgel method. Even red and very light hair can be treated with this effective method.
Before the treatment, the defined area should be shaved wet or dry. However, what absolutely has to be avoided is sugaring, epilation or waxing. The hair is completely torn out of the skin. The consequence of this is that the light can no longer be passed through the hair into the root and therefore at this point a treatment does not produce any effect.
Using pure light to get a hair-free body? The IPL technology makes this possible. The abbreviation IPL means Intense Pulsed Light. It is therefore not a classic laser.
An advantage of the IPL technology is the use of different light spectra, which makes comparatively large areas possible to be treated. This saves you time and money. By adapting the light spectra, the device can be adjusted to the specific and individual customer needs. Thus, optimal results can be achieved.
The treatment of very light or gray hair is problematic. The reason is the lack of melanin, which is necessary for the transmission of light to the hair root. The best results can be achieved with light skin and dark hair.
Again, the same tips apply as with the removal using the XENOgel method. The area to be treated should be shaved the day before with a wet or dry shaver. Waxing, epilation and sugaring should be discontinued three to four weeks before starting treatment with the IPL procedure, as an active combination of hair and hair root must be ensured for a successful treatment. You should also protect the skin from intense sunlight.
SHR stands for “Super Hair Removal” and refers to a new type of permanent hair removal* with light. In contrast to the bundled light as in the diode- or alexandrite laser, the hair removal is done with unbound light. The applicator is equipped with a sapphire crystal, which is anti-reflective. Pure water can be used to filter out the infrared wavelengths.
Similar hair removal techniques require significantly more energy than with SHR. In this case, only 50% of the light is transmitted via the melanin. The remaining 50% exert influence on the stem cells of the hair, which are responsible for supplying the hair root with nutrients. This leads to the denaturation of the protein contained in the hair root.
A treatment of tattooed areas of the skin is not possible. The colors of the tattoo may react to the heat of the SHR technique and could therefore change. Of course this is not wanted. The tattoos are covered accordingly during the treatment.
An epilation in the area where the permanent hair removal* is planned is not advisable 4 weeks before the start of treatment. Because epilation removes each hair with its root, which means that the light used can no longer get along the hair to the stem cells.
In addition to the numerous other technologies, we also offer permanent hair removal* with the diode laser 808. This is a classic form of laser epilation. As the name already suggests, it works with a wavelength of 808 nm.
Individual hair can be treated with the help of the diode laser. The light moves along the hair when it reaches the root. The goal is the hair follicle, where a warming from 65 ° to 72 ° Celsius occurs.
The wavelength of 808 nm ensures that the energy of the light is unfolded where the hair follicles are located. This means that there is no impairment of other skin areas.
It makes sense to shave the area to be treated in advance. The reason for this is that the skin can already calm down before the treatment. The treatment becomes even more skin-friendly.
The alexandrite laser is capable of permanent hair removal* on individual hairs. He works with a wavelength of 755 nanometers.
The possibilities of using this laser are versatile. Because a use of this technique is not only possible for permanent hair removal*, but also for tattoo removal. In addition, it can also be used for the treatment of disorders of the pigments.
Depending on the particular body area to be treated, the specific duration of each individual treatment can vary widely. Contrary to other techniques, a treatment of reddish and light hair colors is feasible.
If you have previously removed your hair by waxing, it must be ensured before treatment that at least 4 weeks no Waxing should be performed. Shaving before treatment, however, makes sense.
The permanent hair removal* by means of light is possible in different ways. In this case, the hair is removed by the ND:YAG laser. The abbreviation of the letters means yttrium-aluminum-garnet laser. The special feature of this laser is the specific wavelength with which this technology works. This lies exactly at 1064 nm. The dye melanin, which is contained in the hair, responds particularly well to this wavelength.
There is a Q-switch on this laser. This protects the skin to a great extent. Due to the specific wavelength, this technology is particularly suitable for the permanent hair removal* of darker skin types.
The skin areas should also be shaved before the treatment. Background of this is the ability of the skin to calm down in advance and irritation from the treatment is minimized.
